Cancellation, Return and Warranty Policy
1. Order Cancellation
The furniture sets you have purchased can be canceled unconditionally before they are delivered to the logistics company or put into production. You must forward your cancellation requests to our call center at 0850 441 00 00. Your refund will be transferred to your card within 3-7 business days, depending on bank processes.
2. Product Return Conditions
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you can return the products that are delivered disassembled and have not been installed/assembled yet, with their original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt. It is not possible to return the products that have been installed or where special size/color changes have been made (customized) within the scope of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legislation.
3. Damaged or Missing Parts Condition
Check the packages with the logistics team during delivery. If any deformation in the package or damage to the product due to transportation is detected, immediately file a Damage Detection Report. Damaged parts will be produced by our factory and shipped to your address as soon as possible, completely free of charge.
