WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT AND OPTIONS?

Dear consumer, you can follow the instructions to complete your shopping transaction and make payment on www.kupagencodasi.com and complete your shopping by money order, credit card in cash or installments. We do not have the option to pay at the door.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE APPROVED?

Dear consumer, the orders you place through www.kupagencodasi.com are confirmed on the same day.

HOW WILL MY INVOICE RECEIVE TO ME?

Dear consumer, your invoices will be delivered to you together with your products.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR PRODUCT?

Dear consumer, as soon as you notice any damage, breakage or any other condition in the products you will receive, we kindly request you to file a report with the delivery company or our authorized installation team, do not receive the product and report the situation to info@kupagencodasi.com.

INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY

Dear consumer, the maximum delivery time for furniture, textiles, carpets, accessories and all other products you have ordered from www.kupagencodasi.com is 30 (THIRTY) business days. (Delivery and installation times may vary during campaigns and special periods.)

All of our products that require assembly or disassembly will be delivered free of charge by our authorized sales points.

Free shipping service is provided for products such as accessories, lighting, carpets, paintings, chairs, beds, bedspreads, quilts and pillows that do not require installation.

Installation is not possible in places where we do not have an authorized service network and sales points, and free delivery is only made to the door of the apartment & building.
